Once you have placed your order, it will be shipped within 3 working days if the item is in stock. If the item is pre-order item, the waiting time would be specified on the item page.
We have below shipping method for choose:
1) Free Shipping - We provide free shipping to all products which will be shipped via registered airmail. It will take 7-21 working days to arrive destination.
2) Express Shipping - We provide express courier for your choice, it will take 2-5 working days. Express courier includes DHL & EMS. We will ship via different courier depending on your country and if it is remote area or not.
Shipping Insurance would cover you from parcel lost during delivery transition. Please kindly purchase shipping insurance to ensure you can request for resend or refund if your parcel is lost during transition. Please understand we will not be responsible for parcel lost if shipping insurance is not purchased.
We will handle your order ahead if you purchased priority handling service. Priority shipping is also available if you purchase priority handling alone with express shipping service.
We provide gift wrapping service for your order in your convenience. Please feel free to add the service during checkout process and we will wrap your order in gift paper and send to your requested destination.
1) Please note that once you have placed your order, we do not accept cancellation. Should you placed any wrong color or sizes by mistake, please contact us immediately right after your order placed or once the order was dispatched, no refund or exchange can be provided.
2) If you received wrong item / size / color from us, please contact us within 3 working days after you received your order, keep the condition new and with original package, contact us and we will provide address for you to ship it back. We will refund you the return postage and also send you the correct item. Please return the parcel and provide us the tracking number within 7 working days after received your order or no exchange could be provided. For all gift item, no return or exchange or refund is provided.
3) No refund or return is accepted if the customer didn't pick up the parcel from post office causing the return of the parcel to sender. Customer will have to pay the delivery fee again if they want to have the order dispatched again. Usually the courier will leave notice card to you if you are not at home to receive the parcel, please remember to pick up the parcel or arrange re-delivery once you got the notification or else the parcel may return to us.
4) No refund or return is accepted if the customer have chosen the wrong size or wrong item in their order. Please double check the size if you need before checkout.
Delay of delivery:
Please note that Lawrara Shop is not responsible for any delay caused by custom, in some cases your parcel may be held by custom for checking, it may cost few days or up to weeks. There is nothing we can do but we will try our best to trace the parcel for you. However, we recommend customer also contact the local post office to get immediate information of the parcel with the tracking code provided, which would obtain information faster than placing inquiry to our local post office from us.
